missingWrote a review on Dec 18cheerful staffcomfy roomtasty breakfastearly closing officelimited dining options
The breakfast spread was basic but had killer biscuits and gravy that warmed the soul. Also, the room, Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Ground Floor, was comfy and tidy, and the lady managing the place was super cheerful, making our stay feel a bit more like home.
However, the dining options leave a lot to be desired. The office closing early at 7 PM made it tricky to get help, and we had to rush back from Silver Dollar City, unsure if we'd get in. It felt a tad sketchy with only four other cars in the lot at that hour!

I loved the spaciousness of our room, which made it really comfy! But we did have some issues with cleanliness. the bathroom could definitely use a deep clean. 🤨

I enjoyed my stay at Ozark Valley Inn. The location was great and easy to access attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice soft towels and a decent shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing for early check-in, which was a huge help. I appreciated having a small fridge and microwave in the room. However, the breakfast options were limited and could definitely use improvement. The breakfast area was a bit unorganized, and I found the selection to be basic. Also, it was served later than expected, which was a bit inconvenient. The lack of an ice machine was disappointing as well. Overall, I had a positive experience, but I think a better breakfast and some additional amenities would enhance the stay.

I had a very positive experience at Ozark Valley Inn during my recent business trip. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, allowing early check-in, which was a lifesaver. The location was convenient, making it easy to access local attractions.
Limited breakfast options could improve.

The room appeared clean, but I found roaches crawling in the bathroom.

would stay there again
The room was clean with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We had a microwave and a refrigerator too, which was handy. The outdoor swimming pool was nice, but it could use some upkeep. It’s got a decent location, close to attractions without heavy traffic. Simple but served its purpose for a budget stay.

missingWrote a review on Aug 15limited amenities
Office closing early at 7 PM caused significant stress, requiring a call for after-hours key access, disrupting our evening plans. The spa or game room's closure was disappointing, especially since they were primary factors for choice, making the stay feel less engaging. Breakfast options were limited, and cleanliness concerns were highlighted, as some felt the rooms could use a deeper clean despite the exterior maintenance.

Had a great time with friends! The place was conveniently located near Pierce Arrow Theater and offered easy access to Thousand Hills Golf Course, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The flat-screen TV added some nice entertainment to our evenings. Just a heads up, breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall, it was a solid stay.
One downside was that the pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to using it.

missingWrote a review on Jul 26renovated propertypositive staff attitudedirty breakfast roomunusable poollack of cleanliness
The recent renovations are evident, and while the maintenance staff displayed a positive attitude, the condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The cleanliness was lacking, with a dirty breakfast room and a pool that looked unusable. Despite the good Wi-Fi and effectiveness of the air conditioning, it pales in comparison to the numerous issues present.

The King Room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a nice microwave and refrigerator for snacks. I really enjoyed relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool and catching some sun on the loungers. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t put a damper on my stay! ☀️
